Aluminium Collapsible Tubes

Tubes manufactured using 99.7% pure Aluminium slugs.
Internally Plain or Lacquered tubes (Golden Epoxy Phenolic or Pigmented Lacquer).
Internally Latexed (Sealing end lining to enhance sealing and arrest leakages after filling if any).
Printing - Base Coating plus up to 5 Color sharp text and graphic printing.
Piercing type or round shoulder Standee Caps.
Closed Nozzle/Long Nozzle/Plastic Insert Nozzle.
Most Secured Way of Packaging Creams / Ointments / Gels –
a. Impermeable nature of aluminium protects the contents from oxidation.
b. The seamless nature of the tube prevents leakage of the contents.
Commonly Used Sizes - 12.7mm, 13.5mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 27.5mm, 30mm, 35mm, 53mm.

Plastic Laminated Tubes

Tube available sizes are 12.5, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 30 and 35mm diameter.
Only food grade laminate structures used for manufacturing.
Available in ABL (Aluminium Barrier Layer) and PBL (Plastic Barrier Layer) Laminate Structure.
Aluminium Barrier Layer Thickness - 12 / 20 / 25 microns. Total Thickness Ranges: 200 to 350 microns.
Length of the tube customizable as per customer specification and dependent on product and density of product to be filled (Max limit 200mm).
Available options for Caps such as conical, flip-top, Standee Type are the standard available.
FEZ cap with puncture point cap is also available.
